    My morning smoothie: 1 to 1-1/2 cups of soy, almond, coconut or oat milk 1 small banana 1/2 cup plain or greek yogurt 1/2 cup frozen or fresh fruit of your choice A few ice cubes To change it up, add a handful of spinach or kale! :) I take my supplements with this!
